Where can I find my order details?
You’ll receive a confirmation via email and WhatsApp immediately after placing your order. For full order history and tracking updates, simply log in to your account at www.shopboori.com and visit the “My Orders” section.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes — if your order has not yet shipped, we can update your address. Email us as soon as possible at support@shopboori.com with your order number and new address.
Once your package has been dispatched, address changes are no longer possible.
Why are there slight differences in print or stitching?
Every BOORI piece is handcrafted in small batches. Slight variations in print, alignment, or weave are natural and intentional — they’re what make each piece unique. We do not mass-produce. We craft.
The product’s color looks a bit different from what I saw online. Why?
We try to display every product as accurately as possible. However, lighting, screen calibration, and the handcrafted nature of our garments can lead to minor color differences. These variations are part of the charm of slow-made fashion.
When will I get my tracking details?
Once your order ships, tracking details are automatically sent to your email and/or WhatsApp. If you don’t see them, check your spam or junk folder.
Do you offer reverse pickup for exchanges?
Yes — we offer reverse pickup for eligible exchange requests within India, subject to serviceability of your PIN code. If reverse pickup isn't available in your area, you’ll be asked to self-ship the item back to us. We’ll assist you through the process.
