Return & Exchange Policy
At BOORI, we take pride in creating thoughtfully designed, limited-run garments. Each piece is crafted with precision, and we stand behind the quality of everything we produce. Below is our clear and firm policy regarding exchanges, returns, and cancellations.
Returns
We do not accept returns.
Due to the exclusive and made-to-order nature of our collections, all sales are final.
We encourage all customers to review sizing guides and product details carefully before placing an order. Our support team is available to assist you with any questions prior to purchase.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges under the following conditions:
- Request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition and packaging
- Exchange is subject to availability of the desired item
A ₹240 shipping fee applies to all exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Email us clear photos and your order number for review. Based on the case, we’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Please note: Slight variations in color, weave, or finish are natural in handcrafted pieces and are not considered defects.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
If the order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Post-shipment cancellation will incur a ₹260 deduction from the refund to cover shipping and handling.
Shipping Responsibility
We partner with reliable third-party couriers for delivery. While we do our best to assist, some delivery issues may fall outside our control.
Shipping fees are non-refundable under all conditions.
Final Authority
All decisions regarding exchanges, refunds, and returns are at the sole discretion of BOORI.
